I update almost daily and have found an apparent compatibility problem.
When I allow upgrade to python-sip 4.8.2-4.1-x86_64 and start picard, the
program instantly crashes with no message other than "segmentation fault".
I have verified it by simply rolling back to python-sip 4.7.9-1.2-x86_64
and successfully starting the program. This has been done on two
occasions. Re-installing picard after the python-sip upgrade does not
affect the results. Hopefully, there will be a update for picard that will
address this issue.
I run OpenSuSE 11.1 and the KDE-4 desktop.
