Thanks for your bug report. This is a known issues which has been solved
in Picard 0.12. Please upgrade Picard. Also note
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/picard/+bug/368097, I hope the Ubuntu
packagers will fix this in Karmic.
Alternatively you can try the 0.12.1 packages for Karmic from my PPA at
https://launchpad.net/~phw/+archive/ppa. The packages are currently in the
process of being built and should be available soon (Launchpad says the
i368 package will be built in 17 hours). Feedback on the packages is
welcome (I'm no Debian packaging expert, I hope everything is fine).
