[mb-i18n] Changes to language names

Hi,

I found my file from way back when the language/script attributes were
first released, containing proposed changes to the current language names.
I cleaned it up and I would like other people's opinions on whether the
changes should be made, and whether any other changes should also be made.

I made a summary of name changes, along with some comments:

Along with the name changes, I'm also proposing the following changes:

* Set "Norwegian Bokmål" and "Norwegian Nynorsk" to unused and prefer
  "Norwegian" instead.
* Set "Samaritan Aramaic" to unused also as it's an ancient/extinct
  language.
* Set "Old Norsk" to appear in the language lists as some releases do use
  it.
