[pydev - Users] org.eclipse.ltk.core.refactoring?

Following "Getting Started > Installing" manual on the PyDev-Homepage
(http://www.fabioz.com/pydev/manual_101_install.html), I obtain the below error
message from "Show Status..." when activating the "PyDev for Eclipse" feature
provided by Aptana:

"PyDev for Eclipse (1.4.6.2788): Feature requires plug-in
'org.eclipse.ltk.core.refactoring'."

I use Eclipse 3.5 on a Win-environment

I could not figure out where to obtain, activate or download this very plug-in.

Please help.
