Apparently this patch is necessary for compilation on Darwin.
CSSC success on Darwin after patch
Built on a Mac xserve, build problems with filelock.h and quit.h which depend on the configury include,
but the #pragma implementation includes are before the config.h include.
Reordering gives missing vtable entries for filelock and quit - see build.log.gz which also has
test results. See the patch - don't use #pragma implementation for these two on this version of Darwin.
