It's been 3 months since 3.0.1 (October 2008) so I'd suggest we look at making a 3.0.2 point release within the next month. As usual, I've created a 3.0.3 target in JIRA and we'll fix anything targeted at svn head and fix/defer anything targeted at 3.0.2 until the issue count for 3.0.2 drops to 0.
The 3.1 list Ian sent a few days ago sounds reasonable to me, but I suspect we're far enough away from completing all of those items that 1-2 more 3.0.x releases will happen first.
