Hi,

just FYI for people who aren't yet subscribed to the MRP dev mailing
list [1]. I've posted [2] some very early performance numbers for MRP
[3] (forked from the current Jikes RVM code base) running as both a
64bit and 32bit VM on the Intel architecture. The slow downs were by
no means linear and people considering work with Jikes RVM and 64bit
Intel architectures should take a look.
