[scala] Building the continuations plugin

Hi all,
I attempted to build the continuations plugin against 2.8.0.r18028-b20090614002910 yesterday but got a number of "val not found" errors for Type.  I did manage to compile after reverting to r17271.  Has anyone managed to build the plugin recently?
