[scala] Quick London Scala Users Group meet-up week of 1 November? (Please reply with availability.)

Hi, everyone. Don't know if you'll remember me, but once upon a time I organized London Scala Users Groups meetings... What say you to a get-together on short notice the week after this coming one? The usual thing would be to meet in a pub in central London, somewhere convenient to the larger commuting rail stations, sometime from about 7 onward.

Anyway, if you're interested, could you please email me -- directly! -- the dates that week when you *cannot* make it? And of course, pub suggestions very welcome.

Also, even if you can't make it, please for God's sake put forward a better name that London Scala Users Group. It's bland, the domain has lapsed, and it forms an unfortunate acronym even for the non-dyslexic.

This proposed get together is of course entirely independent of Andy Hicks's excellent suggestion of a pub meet-up at the Java Unconference.

Not one weeks notice again ...

I suggest we think about a meeting before the end of the year, but at
least three or four weeks out.
