[scala-tools] [netbeans] errors-tolerance regression

It seem like after recent Scala trunk changes (besides others, there were
Martin's changes which can influence IDE-related interaction) the plugin
behavior is less tolerant wrt raw editing - frequent compiler resetting is
needed to force the parser to "understand" a file under editing.
