[scala-tools] [netbeans] new committed changes needs latest NetBeans nightly

I just committed some important performance tuning changes to
scala.core module, which needs the latest NetBeans trunk code and
re-build it, or you can download the latest NetBeans nightly built.

These changes should have improved the responsiveness when open/edit
large source files a lot.

As the NetBeans 6.8 beta coming, I'll pack a downloadable binary package soon.
