[scala-tools] Possible Error in Eclipse installation instructions

In your Elipse install documentation (http://www.scala-lang.org/node/94), you refer to Eclipse's config.ini.  I think you meant eclipse.ini.  Am I right?

There are circumstances under which it would be config.ini, but for
typical installations you're right: eclipse.ini is the one which
should be modified.
