Please note than the project hosted in savannah must runs primarily on
a completely free OS. As far as i know Palm WebOS is not. See

The operating system is GNU/LINUX. WebOS is not an operating system...
WebOS is more like "Xorg+KDE"...

The fact than WebOS is (or is based) in GNU/Linux with X.org and KDE
do not imply than is not an oprating system nor than it have not
propietary parts. As far as i know it do not meet the free
distribution guidelines
(http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/free-system-distribution-guidelines.html)
so we can't consider it a free system. I remember you than run on a
100% free system is mandatory to be hosted in GNU Savannah.

Note the difference of a program *for* WebOS and a program than works
on several GNU/Linux flavours *including* WebOS. If your program is
not specific to WebOS consider resubmit it with another name and
description like "A IRC client for GNU/Linux with X.org and KDE".

Hi,

sorry for the late response.

As Mario already pointed out, Savannah requires every project to run on a
Free Software platform without any limitations. Unfortunately, this is not the
case here and therefore we have to deny it approval.
