[vote] release plexus-io 1.0-alpha-2 and plexus-archiver 1.0-alpha-10
Hi,
I'd like to release these two component projects so I can get a release of maven-assembly-plugin ready to go. Any objections to this? -john --- John Casey Committer and PMC Member, Apache Maven mail: jdcasey at commonjava dot org |

Re: [vote] release plexus-io 1.0-alpha-2 and plexus-archiver 1.0-alpha-10Just use the release plugin. The last release of the container, and p-
u apparently have no sources. I don't mind being a little more free and easy here with releases but they have to be intact. Who released the last version of the container and p-u? BTW, this release took place a few weeks ago...not sure if your mail client is causing problems (popping this message up in front of you again, for instance). I believe the last release of these two projects was done by me. I used the release plugin and didn't bother to stage them out first, fwiw, since it seems like the plexus "community" is pretty quiet most days.

Re: [vote] release plexus-io 1.0-alpha-2 and plexus-archiver 1.0-alpha-10You don't have to stage them but the release plugin should have done
the sources and javadocs. Yeah, just forgot about that in the confusion last time. It won't happen again.
