[woodstox-announce] Please welcome our newest committer, Benson Margulies

As you may have already noticed, Benson is now a
commit-rights-carrying member of the Woodstox development team. This
is great news since now he can more efficiently work on improving
Woodstox W3C Schema validation implementation. Most specifically,
currently it is not practical to validate SOAP messages, due to
limitations of both Stax2 API and Woodstox implementation thereof.

So please welcome our newest committer,
