1.2.1 on Tomcat missing Webwork?

I just tried to upgrade from 1.1.4 of Archiva to 1.2.1. On restarting, I went to http://server/archiva/ and got the Tomcat error page with
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/opensymphony/webwork/views/jsp/ui/HeadTagAnyone seen this issue? Looking around, it seems that this class is part of webwork 2 (javacio.us shows this).

Is the archiva war missing some jars?
