11.0Beta2/PPC delta iso - "Seems not to be a usable image"

I have downloaded the v11.0 Beta2 Delta ISOs on 2 different machines
and I have not been able to burn the file on either machine.

Also, since the delta ISO dvd is only 694MB, can I burn it to a CD
instead of a DVD?  Thanx

A delte ISO contains the difference between to ISO files, you have to
build the new ISO out of the old and the delta using the commandline
tool applydeltaiso. The result you can burn on DVD.
