* basic UW-Imap and Dovecot support in FMail (automatic "Mail" prefix)

* significantly less memory usage of eTemplate lists (nextmatch-widget)
* cookie domain and path are now configurable (defaults are like in 1.2)
* asterisk (*) to mark untranslated messages is by default off now
(configurable)
* column-selection fixes in Addressbook and InfoLog
* MySQL 4.0 and Postgres fixes for Tracker
* reworked Polls app because a lot issues in it's so-layer, got a
SiteMgr block now
