2.8.4 release candidate

All,

I'll release a new stable release 2.8.4 soon to fix OpenPGP name
checking.  Unless I hear anything, it will be identical to

http://daily.josefsson.org/gnutls-2.8/gnutls-2.8-20090908.tar.bz2

so please test that file as if it were the next stable release!
