3.1.3 release

Hi everybody,

on the roadmap for 3.1.3,
http://www.gramps-project.org/bugs/roadmap_page.php,  there are 4 open
issues of which only 1 assigned.
To prepare for a 3.1.3 release, may I ask:

1/ a concerted effort to resolve these 4 issues. If they are not
urgent, unassign them to 3.1.3. I have created a 3.1.4 release to
which bugs that can wait can be assigned.
2/are there other items on the bug tracker that should go into 3.1.3 ?
If so, put them on the roadmap now.

I would like to aim for a november release, 3.1.3 has the fixes
against tooltip warnings on terminal output needed for ubuntu 9.10 and
upcoming other releases.

At the speed the bug fixes for 3.1 are released, it seems likely that
3.2 will be here before we need a 3.1.4, so now is the time to raise
any major problems left.

Benny

I looked at http://www.gramps-project.org/bugs/view.php?id=3098

I put a note in it since to properly fix this will require a fair bit
of effort, I think. OTOH it is relatively easy to fix the specific
issue in the bug report, but that's a bit of a band-aid, I think
