Hi,

please consider issue 106194
(http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=106194) as 3.2
stopper. It is not possible to load ActiveX form controls from XLSX
files anymore. This has been implemented as a new feature for OOo 3.2.
