3.6.6 and 4.0.2 releases

Hi all,

Just a quick note to let you know we're about to release 3.6.6  
(probably - hopefully - the last maintenance release in the 3.6  
branch) and 4.0.2

We'll start with 3.6.6 right away, 4.0.2 probably in the coming days.
