PS:

Should have said this was from the tarball.  Found the missing files
in the CVS and then all is OK to build.

Does not run though.

Sorry - this is due to cvs being really crap at picking up new  
directories - and it just wouldn't add that directory to my working  
checkout.

Have regenerated the tar ball now.
