4.x testing: Edit window processing HTML with PluginCode

The wiki edit window processes html entities (like  ) when inside PluginCode. If you preview the page, the html entities are processed in the edit box so that the syntax you've entered is changed (not just processed in the preview view, which I think has always been an issue). If you save without previewing, it seems to work okay, but when you open the page again for editing the html entities are processed, again changing the syntax that was typed in.

I'm not using wysiwig and am not allowing html in wiki pages.

Yes, we had this before and i thought someone fixed it - can anyone  
remember more?
