Session Spotlight: Embedding
JavaScript into your 4D Programming
This session aims to provide 4D developers with a feel for JavaScript
programming. The differences and similarities between 4D and JavaScript
are presented for certain algorithms such as calculating primes, leap
years or doing string operations together with general debugging tips.
The intention is to use JavaScript from thousands of available scripts
on the Internet without the need to modify the JavaScript. The
implementation is based on 4D´s Web Area.
This session is a sample of the over 100 technical sessions at the 4D
Summit 2009. More session descriptions can be found here.
