6-node elements with hourglass control and modified displacement

Hello Everyone,

My name is Sherif Akl, a PhD student working with ABAQUS on solving
geotechnical engineering problems. I was simulating Triaxial experiments
using CAX6MP. The problem is I can't find anywhere in the manual the
interpolation functions used for these elements. Apparently, they
introduced new features to the formulation to control Hour Glassing. The
manual is not clear on that.

If anybody used them or has an idea about that type of formulation.
Please point me in the right direction.
