6.5 under windows 2000 path to Admin tools

Hi

I am trying to start mySql and it opens the properties, I am not sure what to put in the fields,

http://www.netbeans.org/kb/docs/ide/mysql.html says
Note: mysqladmin is the MySQl admin tool found in the bin folder of the MySQL installation directory. It is a command-line tool and not ideal for use with the IDE.
