8.4/8.5 compatibility

I was just updating the PostgreSQL one-click installer build for PG8.5
and had to hack pljava 1.4 to get it to build. I figured I should pass
on the patches we're using:

pljava-fix.patch updates the code for changes in the custom GUC api in 8.4+

pljava-fix2.patch allows us to build against a alpha version.

pljava-fix3.patch updates the code for a recent API change in 8.5 alpha 2.
