The first question is my brakes I beed them they work for about 2 weeks then lock up I have to keep bleeding them what's arong. Thwm the rpm's after the bike gets past 4 or 5 grand it takes the bike awhile to catch to the speed of that rpm what could be arong please help

Adam, the brake problem is most likely the master cylinder, particularly if the bike has set for some time. There is a small pin hole that can get plugged up. You will have to take it apart and clean it, then put new fluid in it. I would suggest replacing seals, gaskets and O-rings while you have it apart. Try www.bikebandit.com or www.stadiumyamaha.com for parts.
As for the RPM issues you may need to explain in more detail. If I am reading your comment correctly, you may have a slipping clutch. Check the adjustment and make sure it is to spec. If you don't have a Clymer's Service Manual for Viragos, it would be in your best interest to get one. They have a lot of good info in them.
