Hi, do i have to get the engine out  to remove the rear twin exhaust down pipe?

Shouldn't have to remove the engine, Tony! Do you have a Clymer's Service Manual ? If not, I suggest you get one. They come in very handy. Do a google search and you can find one you can download or purchase.
