A "Clean" destroys the layout from woodstock components

 Hello comunity,

I made a clean with my vwp project. I run the project after the clean and was really amazed what happened. Nearly all Woodstock components had different sizes than before the clean and the tables expanded extreme slowly. I could not belief what happened.

Fortunately I had a backup from my project before the clean. I wanted to find out what happened and compared all datasets from the project before and after the clean.  Surprise there was no difference in the code and jsp pages.

Can anybody explain what happens and why the clean destroys the layout?
