A Decent GTK forms editor?

Hi is there a decent GTK forms editor as the one in monodevelop seems to not work at all, unless i am using it totally wrongly. (I try to lay out my form, test it, it looks nothing like what i drew (all areas filled) and when i get back to editor it is all screwed up.

I am used to being able to actually draw my forms, is there anything like this?
