A new repository looking for translation : emerillon-plugins

Hi!

Just like EOG, not all plugins for Emerillon deserve to be shipped with
the application.  Enters emerillon-plugins.
http://git.gnome.org/cgit/emerillon-plugins/

It already comes with a fr translation. So far there is only one plugin,
but people are already working on more!

By the way, thanks for all the great work on Emerillon l10n :D 13
