A trouble

Dear Sir/Miss

A people has asked that
"I have tried to install xplor in red hat linux system.

it gives the error message like this

collect2:Id returned 1 exit status (this is seen after
running install.com and no xplor.exe is created)."

I have the same problem, could you do me a favour and tell me how can I deal
with it
