All AFS developers regardless of implementation are invited to attend an
AFS hackathon at Google's HQ in Mountain View, CA, USA on Monday October
27th and Tuesday October 28th starting at 8am PDT.

The hackathon is being held in one of the theaters.  We have room for up
to 100 developers.

Please RSVP if attending to jaltman@....  As part of the RSVP
please indicate if there are one or more projects that you would like to:

 (a) present on to the developer community

 (b) focus on for interoperability testing

 (c) have a code review performed

 (d) perform a protocol review

Projects will be scheduled based upon time availability and interest.

Additional information regarding the upcoming AFS hackathon has
been posted to:

Proposals for projects to be worked on include:

1) whatever needs to be done to complete git transition
2) extended callbacks implementation merging/completion (to some
extent this relies on #5 below)
3) Rx connection clones architecture work
4) RxOSD integration
5) libosi integration
6) vldb manipulation tools
