ANN: Dojo on github

As of now all five major Dojo repositories are available on github as
official mirrors: http://github.com/dojo

http://github.com/dojo/dojo/tree
http://github.com/dojo/dijit/tree
http://github.com/dojo/dojox/tree
http://github.com/dojo/util/tree
http://github.com/dojo/demos/tree

All mirrors are read-only. No branches (save for master) are mirrored. I
plan to add tags later.

For now I will update mirrors manually 1-2 times a day. Later it will be
automated, but in any case expect a lag --- our Subversion repository is
still the primary.

I removed the empty repository called "toolkit", and turned off the
github-provided issue tracker in all five repositories to avoid possible
confusions. Wiki, and Downloads are still enabled but not used --- all
wikis contain one page consisting of links to main Dojo resources.

If you find any mistakes or errors, especially misspelling of comitter's
names and email addresses, --- please let me know so I can fix it.

For people unfamiliar with git --- there are a lot of good git tutorials
on the web, just google for it. All Windows-bound devs can try
TortoiseGit (http://code.google.com/p/tortoisegit/, requires
http://code.google.com/p/msysgit), which will be familiar to anyone, who
is used to TortoiseSVN or TortoiseCVS.

Thanks,
