projects: (: 1.2)

Are these numbers caused by something we have set in this particular

configured to strip all attachments, because they increase the traffic
unnecessary for 99% of the users.

It seems to contain the offending text
T:1.2

Deleting the folder and doing a fresh update using
cvs update -A -d -R

brings the tag file back, but only for those two folders.

It is clearly not a smartcvs thing, but if you happen to have any idea  
of why it might be happening it would be helpful
