WHAT'S NEW?
The most important addition is the Themes module bundle, which allows
the preview and the user-wide setting of the theme, without the need to
resort to set defaults form the console.
WHAT IS IT?
System Preferences is an Application to manage preferences through
pluggable control panel bundles. The Framework is compatible to Apple's.

Note: To take advantage of the theme features of the panel, like
description and preview, you need up-to-date themes made with the latest
version of Thematic. Themes available in Current CVS Head of GAP are
updated but not yet released.
