This maintenance release became necessary because Ticker.app no longer compiled with the latest GNUstep release. Compiler warnings and missing header file includes have been fixed. The character set is now NSISOLatin1StringEncoding, making it possible to display languages like French and Spanish without difficulty. The external browser has konqueror as its default.
