API - Get all tags of a URL

Hi there,

After looking through the documentation of the API I was wondering if
there exists a way of getting all tags of a given URL (which is not
tagged with my user account).

Hi Chris,

You can get top tags for any URL by using http://del.icio.us/help/json/url
