The voting period on the dSIG OID proposal has completed. There were
5 YES votes (Glenn, John, Willem, Thomas Kopp, and Martin), 0 NO votes
and 0 ABSTAIN votes. There was an additional YES vote from Cosmin but
it was a few hours late.
Although Thomas and Martin's first posts to the png-mng-misc list were
indirect, through their dSIG proposal that was forwarded by Chris Lilley or
by me on various occasions more than 180 days ago, so I consider them
qualified to vote.
The proposal is approved.
