ARM: Suppress ABI warnings

ARM C++ emits a warning whenever compiling varargs:

"the mangling of %<va_list%> has changed in GCC 4.4"

This causes test failures.

There's nothing you can do with your code to suppress this.
The only way to turn it off seems to be to turn off C++ ABI
warnings altogether.
