ASF Transcoding + Stream

Hi All,

I've seen similar questions asked, but could find no solutions. Has anyone managed to find a way of taking a live ASF feed (via HTTP), live transcode and stream to flash? I've an IP cam that's pushing the feed out as ASF mpeg4 and need to work out how I can get it into flash with as little lag as humanly possible.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
