AT wish list

I work in a third-level college that has been given "some" money to buy AT for use in the library.  This money, don't know how much, is in addition to any AT bought based on an individual assessments.  The college currently has.  
3 Kurzweill licenses and a network Text Help license.
Inspiration Network License.
Dragon naturally Speaking 10 user license (2 x 5 packages)
Braille printer JAWS – 5 user license
Zoom text network license.
1 T3 tactile presentation package.
1 Fusion (portable magnifier)
I have been asked to come up with a list of software/hardware to buy.  I appreciate this is the wrong way to go about buying AT, but no list means no additional AT, so I was interested in any ideas of what should go on my list.  We currently have some dyslexic users, a visually imparied user, a hearing imparied user and may have some switch users starting in autumn.  These users are all individually assessed and will have AT bought to suit their specific needs, what I am looking for is AT over and above that.  Any ideas, Thanks.
