AVG 8.5 flagged smartsvn.exe in Windows as Trojan Downloader

I run SmartSVN Professional with 6.0.3 installed on my laptop (just got 6.0.4 but haven't installed it yet).

For anti-virus I use the paid version of AVG Internet Security 8.5

This morning AVG flagged

C:\Program Files\SmartSVN 6\bin\smartsvn.exe
and
C:\WINDOWS\Installer\{C4DD4D7F-DF1D-427B-B7D0-355C2555C330}\iconSmartsvnExe

both as being infected with

Trojan horse Downloader.Banload.ANUF

A screenshot of the AVG window is attached even though it won't make it to the list.

I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this. I *hope* it's a false positive.

Delete a revision?
Why anyone wants to delete a revision?
To answer your question, I don't know. And I hope SVN/SmartSVN does not provide one.

Prakash,

I can understand that anybody may not want to delete a revision. But in
case I have a case where I find the latest changes of a revision are not
correct and I want to revert to previous revision I can do that. But even
after changes are reverted to earlier revision latest revision shows up
in the log.So I was thinking it would be better if we could delete this
unwanted revision ,may be from repository directly.

Anyways,thanks for the reply.

I prefer to leave such creatures in the repository, revert to the previous version and commit that atop the deprecated version and include a note in the commit log that the previous version is deprecated and why.  That way others will benefit from your new understanding.  And, who knows, maybe there were some gems amongst the dirt.

Donald.
