Hello, I have had the same problem since the file path was wrong.
And I found out there that the error was ERRCODE_IO_ABORT.

Hi,
this error code usually is returned if an operation was canceled or handled by the user. If it is used elsewhere, it's probably a bug. "Handled" means that an error box was shown to the user explaining the real error.
