Google is your friend "nslu2 power" and just the first entry to
http://www.nslu2-linux.org/wiki/HowTo/ForcePowerAlwaysOn is the one you
should go for.

Betreff: [nslu2-linux] Power up for the slug NSLU2
I was wondering is there a way to modify the hardware of the slug
such that when power is restored to the device, it powers up without
having to press the power on button. I want to be able to shut the
power down and restore it and have the slug come on-line like my
other devices (router, NDAS, printer, scanner, USB hub, etc.).
And if there is a way to modify the device, is it easy to do or is there
an alternative device I could invest in that can be upgraded with
your firmware.
I would want to have NSLU2 or some other device (NAS200 for
example) serve as a webserver instead of leaving a computer running
all the time.
