Accented characters in path on Windows

Hello,

a few days ago I tried Hugin 0.8 RC3 (I couldn't find a RC4 win32 build). I found out there are some problems if my pictures are stored in a directory with accented (national) characters in path (such as ě,š,č,ř,ž,ý,á,í,é etc.) The first small problem appears during autopano-sift-c processing. In the log only the part of path up to the first accented character is showed. Except of this it seems to work. The really serious problem appears if I want to show a preview of the Panorama - Hugin crashes. Because of this I didn't check the further steps needed to create a panorama. Renaming my directory to contain only ASCII characters fixes the issues.

Also I noticed the same problem when using Qtpfsgui and hugin align_image_stack. It also crashes under the same conditions.

If you need any further information please let me know. My system is Windows XP, Czech language, the path has special Czech characters.

Best regards,

Vladimir
