Adding a 'to' field

I have sorted my Directors sent emails into folders so that he can refer
to them more easily but have now lost the 'to' field when he views them. Is there a way I can show the 'to' field? By default SM has a "To" field on the mailbox listing page for the Sent folder. If it's gone, you changed something on your end (or the end user did). Check Options-->Index Order and make sure the "From" field is listed (it is automatically treated as the "To" field in the Sent folder).
