Adding support for ISO 639-3 languages (non-living)

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has looked into replacing the ISO 639-1 format that Globalize uses with 639-3 standard? New standard adds support for so many more languages and I think that's important for some types of sites.

How big of a job would it be to add support for 639-3 to Globalize? Is it something that I could do easily?
